DTF is possible after a production test because this fabric is stretch or falls outside the automatically approved composition rules. DTG is not recommended because it requires at least 80% cotton in the body fabric. Embroidery requires a sample review for this fabric weight.
Relevant risks include puckering, deformation, needle damage, tearing, hoop marks and overly dense embroidery. Conditional embroidery requires manual quotation and approval before production.
