From idea to finished detail

How your personalised gift takes shape.

A good result starts with the right object, clear artwork and an agreed position. Follow these steps to prepare your gift or business project and understand what still needs confirmation.

A design preview does not reserve stock or open ordering. Availability is checked for the selected product and configuration.

01

Choose the product and explain the purpose

Open the product page and check the model, material and decoration options. Think about the recipient, the setting and the way the item will be used. For an event, give the date you need the finished items rather than only the event date.

01

A single gift

Have the exact name, message or date ready. Decide whether the decoration should be subtle or prominent, and mention any important packaging or presentation needs in your enquiry.

02

A team or business project

Give the total quantity and any individual names or variants. Include your logo source, preferred placement and an existing order reference if you want us to compare with earlier work.

02

Prepare and review the design

Where a product offers a designer, choose the supported options and add your artwork. Read any quality messages at the size you intend to use. If a file does not import well or you need help choosing a layout, ask before approving it.

01

Check the content

Read every name, number and line of text, including accents and punctuation. A technical file check cannot tell whether you meant a different spelling or date.

02

Check the placement

Look at the front, back and orientation where applicable. Keep important details inside the permitted area. On curved products, handles, edges and a reserved seam can reduce the usable space.

03

Understand the preview

A digital proof helps you review composition and scale. Screens, product surfaces and engraving contrast differ, so a preview is not a promise of an exact colour or material effect.

03

Confirm the orderable configuration

A published product may still be coming soon, unavailable or limited to certain tested options. Follow the current product page for pricing and checkout. For an enquiry, we first confirm the proposed item, finish, quantity and timing; sending a request does not place an order.

01

Approve the right version

Only approve when the design and details are correct. If you change the product, print area or artwork, review the updated proof. Keep the agreed specification and confirmation for reference.

02

Plan for another occasion

Keep your original artwork and order reference. When you need more items, share them with the new quantity or names. Availability, pricing and the suitability of the current product must be checked again.

Questions before you begin

Can I ask for advice before my artwork is ready?

Yes. Send the idea, intended product and any rough reference you have. Tell us what is final and what you would like help deciding.

Does approving a preview mean my order is in production?

No. Proof approval, payment and product availability are separate steps. Follow the order confirmation and any project-specific instructions.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Include your required date in the request. We need to confirm the product, quantity, design and available production and delivery options before accepting a deadline.

What if I spot a mistake after approval?

Contact us promptly with your order or enquiry reference and the exact change. Whether a change is possible depends on how far the work has progressed.
