Any date shown before artwork approval and stock confirmation is an estimate. Lead time starts after payment, final artwork approval and garment availability are confirmed. We notify customers of material delays and provide tracking when the carrier supports it.
A confirmed quotation or an explicitly configured checkout shipping rate is required for delivery outside the EU. Eligible exports are invoiced with 0% Dutch VAT when the legal export conditions and shipment evidence are met. The recipient is responsible for destination customs duties, import taxes, brokerage and carrier fees unless the quotation expressly states otherwise.
Standard storefront orders with a qualifying gross merchandise value of at least EUR 100 receive free standard shipping where shown at checkout. Custom quotes may contain separate freight terms based on volume, destination and handling.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address and reachable contact details. Additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or uncollected parcel may be charged where permitted. Report visible transit damage promptly and retain packaging for the carrier investigation.
