Terms for using the PrintingNest Studio website and ordering custom apparel production. Last updated 10 July 2026.
Quotes are based on the artwork, garment, quantity, print positions, size, delivery and VAT information supplied. A quote is not accepted until the customer uses the approval action or otherwise confirms it in writing. Obvious errors may be corrected before production. Production begins only after the required approval and payment arrangements.
The customer confirms that it owns or is authorised to use all supplied names, logos and artwork and indemnifies PrintingNest Studio against third-party claims caused by unauthorised material. The customer must check spelling, colours, dimensions and placement in any proof. Minor differences caused by screens, garment batches and production tolerances are not automatically defects.
Prices are shown in euros and the checkout identifies VAT treatment. Destination VAT, a valid EU business reverse charge or 0% Dutch VAT for an eligible export outside the EU may apply. Import duties and destination taxes are not included unless expressly stated. Payment is processed through Stripe or another agreed method. We may pause work until cleared payment and valid tax information are received.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. For business customers, indirect loss and loss of profit are excluded to the extent permitted by law and aggregate liability is limited to the affected order value. Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections in the consumer's country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with PrintingNest Studio.
